Partner With Us
At South Fork Sea Farmers, our mission is rooted in protecting and restoring the health of our local waters through community-driven aquaculture, reef restoration and education. Our partners play a vital role in helping us grow this mission from the seafloor up.
Whether you’re a local business, nonprofit, educator, or environmental leader, partnering with us means becoming part of a movement that values sustainability, science, and stewardship of our marine ecosystems. Together, we’re building a resilient future for our bays and the communities that depend on them.

Restaurant Partners
Our restaurant partners don’t just serve oysters — they help restore the waters they come from. By donating recycled oyster and clam shells, these incredible restaurants support our mission to rebuild oyster reefs, improve water quality, and bring marine life back to local bays. What was once waste becomes the foundation for new life beneath the surface. Recycled shells are essential to our restoration efforts. Each one provides a natural surface where baby oysters (spat) can settle and grow, helping to filter the water and create habitat for countless marine species.
We’re proud to work with chefs and restaurant teams who care deeply about where their food comes from — and where it goes next. Together, we’re closing the loop and creating a more sustainable East End.
